A leading beauty brand in London is seeking a Finance Controller for a 15-month maternity cover. The role includes managing the Finance Analyst and overseeing financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting processes to support the business's financial governance. Candidates should have strong accounting skills and previous experience in a finance leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced consumer sector.

The role of the Finance Controller is a key leadership position within the finance team, overseeing the Finance Analyst and ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful financial information. The Finance Controller leads on financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes, while maintaining strong financial governance across the business. This includes managing the budgeting and forecasting cycles, leading month-end close and consolidated reporting, preparing for external audits, and providing clear financial insights to support decision-making and business performance.
Please note that this is a 15-month maternity cover contract.
