Qualifications

Finance Manager (Manufacturing - Loyang)

Our client is a US MNC in the manufacturing sector and is listed in the Nasdaq stock exchange.

Must needed:

  • Manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Someone with full set experience with GL and FP&A being the strong point
  • Lead a small team of 2 accountants.

Location : Loyang, Transport provided from certain locations

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage month end closing activity and ensure timely close of account
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting
  • Support in budgeting, forecasting and planning activities for a key manufacturing plant in Singapore.
  • Manage Fixed Asset including Capital Asset Acquisition Request (CAAR) submission, track actual capital spend and Fixed Asset count.
  • Manage manufacturing cost accounting and annual stock take exercise
  • Maintain and strengthen internal controls. Perform quarterly control review and ensure timely submission of all control deliverables
  • Handle local tax filings and MIDA reporting
  • Prepare local statutory account and ensure timely filing of statutory account
  • Lead annual planning and monthly forecast process
  • Drive process improvement project
  • Provide guidance to AP and AR staff
  • Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in finance operations and control; experience in manufacturing sector will be an advantage
  • Hands-on experience in managing statutory filing and tax return
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, fixed asset management and cost management.

Education Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree /ACCA or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
