Job Description

Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer, the Finance Manager will play a critical role in overseeing all plant-level financial operations. The role will be a true Finance Business Partner to the General Manager of the plant. Managing a small team of two, you will lead the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions to support operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of cost accounting and inventory accounting, ensuring accuracy and integrity of reporting
  • Monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis and KPI tracking
  • Cash flow forecasting and working capital management
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and supporting strategic planning activities
  • Partnering with operations to analyze production costs, margins, and process improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls and supporting audit requirements
  • Providing leadership, development, and support to the finance team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of progressive finance/ accounting experience
  • Strong experience in a manufacturing/ industrial environment (cost accounting, inventory accounting etc.)
  • Experience managing or mentoring a small team
  • Strong systems acumen and excellent Excel skills
  • Ability to be work in-office 4 days a week, with 1 day/ week being REMOTE.


You are a hands-on finance professional with prior experience in a manufacturing environment. You thrive in fast-paced, complex settings and are confident working closely with operations and executive leadership.
