Job summary

Tech Connect Group have partnered with an automotive manufacturing business based in Warrington, with a weekly commute to their Worksop offices. They seek a Finance Manager to own the two North West sites, driving month-end close, budgets, forecasts, and group reporting.

The role requires ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualifications, strong Dynamics 365 and Power BI skills, and experience leading a finance team. Some UK travel to other sites will be needed as part of the role.

Qualifications

• ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified accountant with manufacturing experience.
• Advanced hands-on Dynamics 365 ERP user and Power BI report development.
• Experience leading and developing a finance team and partnering with operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close and oversee statutory year-end audits.
• Deliver management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and group reporting.
• Partner with operational heads to drive performance and manage working capital.
