About YOUR new job:
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for a commercially astute and technically-minded Finance Manager to join the Senior Leadership team.
Some of the key tasks aligned to this role will include:

1. Lead, mentor and develop the Finance team
2. Contribute to an environment of Continuous Improvement
3. Build meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders to achieve commercial success and a greater understanding of the operational impacts on the financial outcomes
4. Lead the review and delivery of monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet to strict deadlines
5. Pro-actively offer business, economic and industry insight to senior business leaders
6. Review policies and procedures to maintain robust practices and support the external Audit process

About YOU!

1. Be a self-starter with ideas, initiatives, and a forward-thinking approach, happy to challenge and communicate effectively with peers and managers.
2. Possesses commercial acumen and an understanding of key business drivers
3. Interpersonally, you are inquisitive by nature with strong attention to detail and show resilience. You have a track record of effectively supporting Executive level stakeholders.
