Your New Company

An international luxury lifestyle business is looking to hire a Head of Financial Accounts for their Finance team. They are growing rapidly and are expanding into new territories around the world.

Your New Role

Looking for a qualified finance professional (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with industry experience who is looking to progress in their career within the industry as Head of Financial Accounts.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

1. Ownership of the Company Balance Sheet and all reconciliations.
2. Consolidation of company cashflows.
3. Submitting VAT returns.
4. Sales and purchase ledger reviews.
5. Bank reconciliations.
6. Ensure company financial systems and processes are robust, compliant, support current activities and future growth.
7. Lead and mentor a team of 2.

What You'll Need To Succeed

1. Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with post-qualification experience.
2. Proven experience mentoring and coaching junior team members.
3. Strong Excel skills.
4. Excellent attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. A sense of humour will also go a long way!
