Job Description:

Goodman Masson is exclusively partnering with a high-growth, listed media-tech business to hire a talented Finance Manager. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-scaling, highly profitable company where you’ll take a lead role in shaping the finance function during a critical phase of expansion. 2 days in 3 at home.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you’ll manage a team of 2. This is a broad, hands-on role with real influence – ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to make change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of statutory and management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Oversee financial reporting, tax, audit, treasury, and internal controls
  • Oversee year end audit process - partnering with external audit team.
  • Manage FP&A processes
  • Maintain cash flow visibility and support working capital management
  • Lead on VAT submissions and tax compliance
  • Assist with technical accounting
  • Be a key driver of financial discipline and control across the business
