Zusammenfassung

Complii is seeking a Finance Manager to own the day-to-day finance function across multiple businesses within a growing national Group, delivering accurate reporting, strong financial controls and meaningful commercial insight. You will oversee month-end close, cash flow, payroll, audit, budgeting and forecasting while mentoring colleagues and partnering with the Managing Director on strategic decisions.

This is a commercially focused role with broad exposure and strong career development

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Accountant with ACA, ACCA or CIMA certification and proven Finance Manager experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK statutory reporting and compliance.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and people skills.
• Experience in multi-site or contract-based environments is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Lead the monthly close process and prepare management accounts with P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Manage working capital, cash flow, and financial controls; support budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinate VAT, payroll, audits, and liaise with external advisors.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to finance staff and collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives.
