Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Strong management accounting
• Previous experience managing or developing a finance team
• Confident working with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage a team of four
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts
• Manage reporting and control across costs, including rent and rates
• Oversee head office costs
• Review balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Provide clear financial insight and analysis to key stakeholders
• Drive improvements across reporting, controls and finance processes
