Job summary

Time Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established manufacturing and distribution business in appointing a Finance Manager for Wilmslow. You will own the finance function, lead a small team, and drive improvements across reporting, controls and processes.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will deliver robust financial reporting, manage cash flow, support budgeting and provide insightful analysis to influence strategic decisions during a period of change.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Minimum five years post-qualification experience in finance.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and annual close processes and provide robust financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and relationships with providers.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis.
• Develop and mentor a small finance team and drive process improvements.
