Job summary

The West Midlands Growth Company is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Finance team and deliver accurate financial reporting, forecasting and robust controls across the organisation. Reporting to the Senior Finance & Procurement Manager, you will ensure that financial systems, processes and governance support informed decision-making while minimising financial risk.

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance management role with reporting, forecasting and controls.
• Strong leadership and team development experience.
• Experience producing management accounts, budgets and financial analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of payroll, VAT, audit and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Reporting and Forecasting across the organisation.
