Responsibilities

• Lead a small Finance team and manage day-to-day finance function.
• Line manage Finance Office staff, including appraisals and training needs.
• Assist Head of Finance with end of month procedures and monthly accounts.
• Prepare budget statements and financial reports for management.
• Ensure control account reconciliations are completed monthly.
• Oversee accurate transfer of payroll data to the finance system, monitoring changes with regulatory bodies.
