PEARSON WHIFFIN RECRUITMENT LTD is recruiting a Finance Manager to join an expanding international business. The role covers end-to-end financial management across multiple entities and involves monthly reporting, cash management, and internal controls. Travel to other UK sites is required on a monthly basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end finance across multiple entities.
• Strong month-end reporting and P&L/balance sheet experience.
• Open to ACCA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with practice-to-industry move.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management information, including P&L and balance sheet.
• Maintain month-end schedules and accurate financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable and monitor overdue balances.
• Prepare cashflow forecasts and support invoicing and expense management.
• Provide financial analysis and operational reporting for decision-making.
• Own finance activities across multiple group entities and support audits.
• Support tax, compliance, internal controls and finance policies.
• Assist with finance systems projects and process improvements.
