Job description

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager specialising in the Cost & Capital Team to join a creative global organisation based in central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to progress towards a future CFO role, offering direct exposure to both the CFO and the Vice President of Finance.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development of cost-performance metrics and dashboards to monitor cost performance and identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  2. Lead and manage the budgeting and forecasting process for costs with clear plans and measurable outcomes.
  3. Build and maintain financial data sets and models to guide business planning and decision-making.
  4. Partner with business units to implement cost-saving initiatives that balance efficiency with performance.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to centralise and standardise financial processes.
  6. Participate in benchmarking exercises to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Required Experience and Skills:
  1. Proven track record in managing and forecasting costs, with a focus on cost optimisation.
  2. Strong analytical and modelling skills, with experience synthesising complex data into actionable insights.
  3. Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  4. Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
