Job summary

Installio is seeking a proactive Finance Manager to lead day-to-day financial operations for a fast-growing renewable energy startup in the UK. You’ll own management accounting, cash flow, and controls, while partnering with senior leadership to drive performance.

Reporting to the CFO, you’ll shape processes, systems, and reporting to support scaling and strategic decision-making across the business.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with professional body designation.
• Experience in finance manager, management accountant or financial controller roles.
• Strong month-end, reporting, and cash flow management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close and production of management accounts.
• Prepare monthly management packs with commentary for leadership.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury and working capital.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Partner with sales, operations and finance to improve profitability and reporting.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll inputs, and VAT submissions.
• Drive finance process improvements and system automation.
