Job summary

Stanton House are partnering with a FTSE listed international services organisation to recruit a Finance Manager for their Procured Services division. Reporting into the Head of Finance, this role leads a onshore and offshore team and drives financial reporting and process improvement.

Hybrid working in Hook, Hampshire (3 days onsite) with responsibility for month-end close, forecasting and stakeholder reporting across multiple contracts and business units.

Qualifications

• Leading financial reporting and control across contracts and business units.
• Partner with operational and finance stakeholders to improve processes.
• Manage onshore and offshore finance teams delivering insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop onshore and offshore Financial Accountants.
• Drive month-end close across revenue and cost streams.
• Deliver high-quality financial analysis, reporting and forecasting.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage aged balance sheet items (WIP, debtors, accruals, prepayments).
• Partner with operational teams to improve processes and reporting accuracy.
• Support business reviews and customer reporting with senior finance.
• Champion continuous improvement and standardisation of finance processes.
• Build strong relationships across finance and operations.
