The Finance Manager plays a crucial role in accounting operations within the organization. With strong foundations already in place, your responsibility will be to uphold sound financial practices as the organization continues to grow and evolve. This includes developing procedures, collaborating with senior leaders to monitor spending and manage budgets, and effectively presenting financial information to a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
This individual contributor role directly reports to the Senior International Accounting Manager at the Corporate headquarters based in the United States and with a dotted line report to the local General Manager in United Kingdom.

All Silvaco salary ranges are determined by role, level, and geographic location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training and additional role-related considerations.
Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
