The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a proven track record of managing multiple staff members. Experience in the care sector in the United Kingdom is highly desirable.

Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring their development and performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is preferred.
Proven experience in a finance management role, with a track record of managing multiple staff members.
Strong commercial and operational acumen.
Proficiency in financial software and technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the care sector in the United Kingdom is a significant advantage.
