Known for its distinctive concept and customer-first approach, this is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to step into a Finance Manager role and shape the next phase of growth.

You’ll be reporting into an experienced Finance Director, gaining exposure to the senior leadership team and playing a key role in building a finance function that supports scalability, profitability, and operational excellence across multiple sites.

The Role – Own the Numbers, Drive the Growth

As Finance Manager, you’ll lead core reporting and commercial insight across the estate, ensuring that finance acts as a key driver of performance. Responsibilities include:

️ Month-end close, P&L and balance sheet ownership

️ Site-level reporting, margin analysis and trading insights

️ Budgeting & forecasting in partnership with Ops & Commercial teams

️ Cash flow and working capital management

️ Business partnering with GMs and operations leadership

️ Process improvement and systems optimisation (Xero preferred)

️ Liaising with auditors and ensuring compliance with VAT and F&B-specific reporting

Who We’re Looking For

Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)

Experience in hospitality, F&B, or other multi-site, consumer-facing environments

Commercially minded with a strong grip on the numbers and the story behind them

Skilled at building relationships across finance and non-finance teams

Proactive, hands-on, and energised by fast-paced, high-growth environments
