Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' accounting experience in a commercial/industrial environment.
• Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE.
• Strong experience in monthly management accounts and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reporting packs.
• Manage month-end close, including accruals, prepayments, journals and reconciliations.
• Maintain fixed asset register; support year-end and statutory accounts.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors as primary contact.
• Review and enhance financial controls, processes and reporting procedures.
• Oversee daily finance operations and support the wider team.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting and analysis for senior leadership.
