Job summary

Aria Partners Limited in London is seeking a Finance Manager to join a growing private markets team. You will manage accounting, FP&A, fund modelling and finance automation across management company and funds, collaborating with the investment team and Partners.

The role demands ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA qualifications with 2–5 years PQE, strong Excel/modeling, and hands-on experience with AI tools in finance. A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/CA, ACCA or CIMA with 2–5 years PQE.
• Strong management accounting and FP&A experience in private markets.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools within finance.
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly management accounts across multiple entities, with final production and analysis.
• Manage accruals, intercompany accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support payments runs, invoicing, expenses and payroll accounting.
• Handle fund expense recharges and liaise with administrators.
• Assist with annual audits and regulatory/tax filings.
• Own annual budgets, reforecasts and rolling cash flow forecasts.
• Prepare management information, KPI reporting and scenario analysis.
• Build and maintain fund models including fees, carry, capital calls and distributions.
• Support fund-level forecasting and liquidity monitoring.
• Drive AI-assisted finance processes and wider efficiency improvements.
