Job summary

Zachary Daniels is recruiting a Finance Manager, FP&A – Logistics in Nottingham. You will lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning while owning weekly and monthly performance reporting.

You will work with senior stakeholders across Logistics, Operations and Finance to provide insight, challenge and analysis to support commercial decisions. A CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification is advantageous, with 5+ years FP&A experience in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years FP&A, commercial finance or finance management experience.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting skills with the ability to turn numbers into insights.
• CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
• Own weekly financial reporting and support regular performance reviews.
• Produce monthly management reporting, variance analysis and KPIs.
• Provide financial analysis and modelling for business cases and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Logistics, Operations and Finance to provide insight and challenge.
• Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities.
• Support month-end processes with the Accounting team.
• Improve models, forecasting tools and reporting through automation and simplification.
• Support the development of a Finance Analyst and contribute to the wider finance team.
