You will ensure accuracy in monthly accounts and work closely with both finance and non-finance teams. The hybrid role allows you to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Qualifications

• Experience managing interactions with non-finance stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of technical accounting.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly management accounts process.
• Ensure accuracy of reported figures and develop business storytelling.
• Assist with month-end procedures and additional analysis.
• Maintain balance sheet account schedules.
• Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Act as liaison for auditors during annual audit processes.
• Understand ecommerce transactional flows for accurate financial reporting.
