A leading consumer electronics insurance provider is seeking an experienced Manager for its FP&A team. This role involves decision support, budgeting, and collaboration across departments. Candidates must have a strong academic background, ACA/CIMA qualification, and excellent analytical skills. The position offers a hybrid working model with three days in the office and two days from home.

The European FP&A team combines data analytics & business reporting with financial planning and profitability. We take an end-to-end view of the business operations and finances. The team has a wide range of responsibilities which includes implementation of EU strategy, ownership of our strategic 3-year plan, live re-forecasting, review of partner profitability, assessment of new partnership & acquisitions, risk management and decision support for various business units.
As the company continues to grow at a rapid rate, there is an opportunity for an ambitious and hands-on Manager to assist in the development of the FP&A team to be a best-in-class function and set up for long-term success.
