Finance Manager £41k dependent on experience (flexible, full time, hybrid - with 3 days on-site in Croydon)

The Rape and Abuse Support Centre (South London) is looking for a skilled and passionate professional to join as a Finance Manager.

As Finance Manager for the charity, you will contribute to the effective running of RASASC by managing the day-to-day finance operations, including financial planning and analysis. You will also look to improve procedures and controls in line with charity governance and best practices.

Reporting to the CEO, you will play a critical role in providing financial guidance and support to RASASC management, ensuring that finance functions are well managed and controlled.

The ideal candidate will be suitably qualified, with a sound knowledge of core financial processes and charity accounting procedures.

This position is offered flexibly, and we are open to discussing hours and location of work.

The role is considered a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010, and applications are welcomed accordingly.
