Job summary

Hyundai Motor Company based in Leatherhead seeks an experienced finance professional to manage a broad range of financial accounting activities including fixed assets, used car inventory and provisions, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end reporting and inter-company accounting.

You will ensure strong financial controls and compliance across statutory, tax and group reporting while overseeing dealer incentive payments, AR activities and providing accurate financial insight to key

Qualifications

• Qualified/Part-Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA.
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Excellent Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fixed asset register with asset life and depreciation rates.
• Fixed asset reporting for group consolidation and statutory accounts.
• Manage used car inventory including stock takes.
• Oversee used car provisions and potential 2nd sale losses.
• Manage balance sheet close processes and reconciliations.
• Coordinate inter-company reconciliation and EFIS uploads.
• Support AR activities and dealer incentive payments (SAP).
• Ensure controls for dealer claims and KSOX compliance.
• Manage annual P11D, PSA and PPT processes.
• Provide timely financial insights to stakeholders.
