Role: Finance Manager

An advisory and financial services business are looking to hire a Finance Manager into the business to work in a stand alone role to have ownership of LLP finance and support their largest revenue generating function.

The role reports directly into the Managing Partner and you will utilise outsourced providers / accountants for the financial accounting and tax side of things so your focus will mainly be on:

• The effective running of operational finance
• Management reporting
• Regulatory reporting
• VAT and Corporation Tax
• Cashflow forecasts and liquidity monitoring
• Budgeting and Analysis
• Supporting Partners with ad hoc work like client forecasting

Progression in the role will come from taking on additional responsibility from the Partners with the potential to ultimately become the Finance Director in the longer term.

They are looking for an accountant with post qualification experience in a finance role having gained exposure to management accounting, FCA returns and ideally some exposure to cashflow forecasts and tax returns (VAT / CT), but that's not essential.
