Job Description:

Finance Manager | Fast-Growth Multisite Hospitality Scaleup | London / Hybrid

Harmonic are delighted to be working exclusively with one of the UK’s most exciting hospitality scaleups, known for building some of the most iconic and community-driven food and events spaces in the country.

Having evolved from a single site into a multi-venue operation with a loyal following and growing international presence, the business is scaling rapidly and has ambitious growth plans ahead. With a dynamic and entrepreneurial leadership team, the company is passionate about curating unique food experiences while supporting independent traders and delivering exceptional hospitality.

With a buzzing central London HQ and a collaborative culture, this is a brilliant opportunity to join a business that combines creativity, pace, and purpose. The team value autonomy, impact, and open communication – and the role offers meaningful scope to shape processes and drive commercial decision-making.

The Role

We’re searching for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day finance operations and play a key role in enabling continued growth across multiple UK and international sites.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you’ll lead month-end processes, budgeting, forecasting, and controls, while also business partnering with GMs and department heads to improve profitability. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a strong grounding in hospitality or multi-site operations, who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the month-end process and deliver timely, accurate management accounts and board reports
  • Lead the budgeting and quarterly reforecasting cycles
  • Ensure accurate revenue recognition and cost capture across venues, including margin and labour cost analysis
  • Collaborate with GMs and operational teams to identify performance improvements and drive profitability
  • Improve financial workflows, controls, and reporting systems (e.g., process improvements, systems upgrades)
  • Oversee compliance with UK and international tax and accounting standards, including support on VAT returns
  • Provide training and financial insights to non-finance teams to improve reporting accuracy and understanding
  • Support cash flow management, debtor collection, and cost optimisation initiatives
  • Assist in developing financial plans that underpin long-term strategic growth

What we’re looking for (essential):

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or similar in a multi-site hospitality, events or retail environment
  • Strong understanding of month-end processes, revenue and cost accounting, and management reporting
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with multiple priorities
  • Excellent communicator and confident in partnering with non-finance stakeholders

What we’d love to see (non-essential):

  • Experience working in a scale-up or high-growth hospitality business
  • Background in mentoring and developing junior finance team members
  • Familiarity with financial operations in international markets

Package:

£60,000 - £75,000 base salary + comprehensive benefits
