Finance Manager - Fast Growth Digital Brand

We are currently partnering with a successful and fast growth digital brand in the search for a high calibre Finance Manager. Reporting directly to senior management, the role is suited to those who enjoy working as part of a fast paced, forward thinking, collaborative environment.

This is a broad and pivotal role across the team, where you will have the opportunity to directly manage a team of 3 and take on the following key responsibilities:

1. Oversight of all core accounting activities, including financial accounting, controls work, management of the relationship with the auditors and tax.
2. Management accounting - Budgeting, forecasting as well as associated analysis.
3. Cash flow forecasting and relevant analysis.
4. Play a key role as part of finance transformation work to continue to develop systems and processes, as the business continues to invest.
5. Support senior leadership with ad hoc projects around operations and commercial oversight.

The role is suited to qualified finance professionals (or overseas equivalent) who possess a number of years of relevant post-qualified experience. We are open to those applying from all sector backgrounds across commerce and industry.

The role is suited to finance talent based in either Hampshire or Surrey - a flexible, hybrid work scenario is on offer (2 days office based).
