Role Overview

Hayward Hawk is excited to partner exclusively with an ambitious, award-winning hospitality company based in Belfast, seeking a Finance Manager. With a current network of 15 stores and a turnover of approximately £30 million, our client has recently secured private equity investment and is expanding into new markets. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will oversee daily operations of the Accounts department and support team leadership. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, dynamic organization experiencing significant growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Enhance end-to-end accounting practices continuously.
  2. Prepare, produce, file, and retain historical financial data.
  3. Issue internal reports and financial statements.
  4. Plan and implement high-quality processes, systems, and controls.
  5. Lead teams responsible for payroll, Accounts Payable, VAT, and Corporation Tax.
  6. Manage the full audit process and serve as the primary contact for external auditors.
  7. Foster productive relationships within the Senior Finance team.
Candidate Profile
  1. Qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA with significant industry experience.
  2. Proficient in all accounting processes and tools.
  3. Highly skilled in Excel and familiar with various systems.
  4. Proactive in achieving objectives.
