The Europe Grocery Fulfillment Finance team seeks a Finance Manager to partner with Operations leadership across the European network. The role focuses on accelerating speed to insight, influencing productivity performance improvements, and assessing trade-off decisions to optimize variable labor unit costs. The manager will concentrate on one of three pillars: Financial Planning, Field Execution, or Financial Analysis.

The successful candidate will influence business owners, support decision-making, and adapt to a rapidly evolving environment. They will collaborate with executives and various business units across Amazon, bringing excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prioritizing impactful projects that drive Amazon Grocery forward is essential.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a relevant field
• Relevant experience in a finance role, including stakeholder collaboration
• Experience with Excel and large-scale data tools such as Python, SQL, or Tableau
• Experience in financial modeling

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced or master’s degree in finance, economics, or mathematics, such as CA, CMA, CWA, or MBA
• Experience in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Experience working in large teams or multinational organizations
