Job summary

Altum Consulting partners with a globally focused NGO to recruit a Finance Manager for their new UK base in London. The role combines financial planning, management reporting, donor finance, and business partnering, with an initial hands-on focus as processes are established.

Qualifications

• Experience with not-for-profit organisations and donor-funded programmes.
• Ability to interpret financial information and communicate it clearly to non-finance colleagues.
• Strong budgeting, reporting and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Producing timely, accurate management information for senior management and the Board.
• Leading budgeting process including donor budgeting and reporting.
• Providing financial input into new funding proposals and donor audits.
• Acting as a finance business partner to programme teams and other stakeholders.
• Supporting month-end processes and maintaining a strong control environment.
