Finance Manager | Creative Tech Studio | £60,000-£70,000 | London (Hybrid)

Harmonic are delighted to be working exclusively with a fast-growing creative technology studio that's redefining the boundaries of immersive storytelling.

With around 100 people across London and the Middle East, this award-winning business creates immersive experiences, interactive installations, and digital environments for global brands, blending creativity, design, and technology in ways that truly captivate audiences.

Having grown revenue to circa £10m and with an impressive project pipeline for 2026, they're now looking for a Finance Manager to join their collaborative, entrepreneurial team.

The Role

Reporting into a brilliant Finance Director, you'll play a key role in owning day-to-day finance, improving reporting processes, and supporting commercial decision-making as the business scales internationally.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves the intersection of creativity and finance, partnering closely with producers, project leads, and senior leadership to ensure projects are profitable and the company's growth is sustainable.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of monthly management accounts and board reporting
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management
  • Support project costing and margin analysis, working closely with delivery teams
  • Manage and mentor a small finance team (2 people)
  • Drive process improvement and automation within the finance function
  • Partner with the Finance Director on strategic initiatives including international expansion and new product lines
What We're Looking For
  • Ideally fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) but will consider PQ/QBE
  • Experience within a production, creative, media, or project-based environment
  • Excellent commercial acumen and ability to translate numbers into actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills - comfortable building relationships across creative and technical teams
  • Proactive, organised, and excited to contribute to a dynamic, fast-moving culture
  • Experience with Paprika accounting software desirable
The Package
  • £65,000-£70,000 base salary
  • Hybrid working (2-3 days in the London studio)
