A leading delivery company in the UK is seeking a qualified accountant to identify cost savings and manage transformation initiatives. You will present findings to the Senior Leadership Team, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with strong analytical abilities and experience in financial reporting. This role offers competitive benefits, including a salary of £57,925.14 plus bonuses and flexible working options.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, self‑assurance, resilience and the ability to build strong rapport with stakeholders. A desire to identify areas of improvements such as management reporting, financial controls and performance. The individual will be able to manage multiple priorities with autonomy with experience of transformation methodologies. A detail driven, highly observational, analytical and technical problem solving skill set is important. Being able to present information in a clear and insightful way is key for this role. Willingness to work with flexibility, including night shifts and travel to various sites where appropriate.
Candidates should have experience of working in a fast moving, challenging work environment with a track‑record of career progression.
The successful candidate will be a graduate calibre, qualified accountant who can demonstrate sound financial and commercial judgement with experience of lean methodologies desirable.
Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is a must with SQL knowledge being beneficial.
