What you’ll do

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing risks across C&H, identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks with various teams, and updating the Group Risk team bi-annually.
  • Providing expertise in risk, process, and controls, supporting new processes, projects, and acquisitions, and promoting a controls culture.
  • Collaborating with audit teams to facilitate audits, track actions, and report to leadership.
  • Leading quarterly risk & control updates at leadership meetings and reporting annually to the Audit & Risk Committee.
Who you are

Essential skills and experience:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
  • Experience in audit, risk, compliance, or strategy within a large company or Big 4
  • Proven ability to design and implement risk management frameworks and controls
  • Strong influencing and leadership skills
  • Experience in retail, especially Clothing, Home, or Beauty, is desirable but not essential
