I am currently working with an organization that is looking to recruit a Finance Manager for an established, vibrant services company based in Blackpool, with a circa £4 million turnover. Reporting to the directors, this hands-on role offers full autonomy over the timely production of management accounts for four international companies trading in Euros, Dollars, Canadian Dollars, and Sterling. Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of Sage Accounting to streamline current processes and lead a small accounts team. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves liaising with two external accountants, one based overseas.
