Overview

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join a well-established company!

Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Flexi Hours, Permanent.

Salary: Competitive Salary of £36,000 - £41,000 PA Depending on Experience.

Location: Orkney KW17.

Responsibilities
  • This role will be varied covering all accounting processes and you need to be very organised, analytical, and able to problem solve and work independently using your own initiative.
  • With excellent Excel and IT skills, you will be a key player in ensuring that the business flows smoothly, ensuring that optimum levels of customer service are maintained.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management, while also advising senior management on strategic financial decisions.
  • Key responsibilities involve analysing financial performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, ensuring regulatory compliance and liaising with auditors and banks.
Qualifications
  • A good working knowledge of Sage is essential, although if you have used other accounting software, training can be given to update your skills accordingly.
