As an FM, you will partner closely with business leaders and their teams, providing strategic support by combining data and business judgment into insights, generating operational and strategic guidance, and impact. You will also drive innovation to improve tools, processes, and business decisions. Primary responsibilities include:

• Ownership of key reporting metrics (KPIs) and narratives to help business partners understand performance
• Partner with business teams to implement new processes & tools and improve existing ones
• Provide strategic support to key business initiatives and investments
• Present financial summaries and business insights to senior management
• Drive short- and long-term financial planning
• Tighten internal controls

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, or business, or a Bachelor's degree with experience in a quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance)
• Experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field
• Experience in multiple finance and accounting roles
• Experience in accounts receivable or payable
• Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
• Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets for business decision-making
• Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
• Experience participating in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership with measurable results

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA or CPA
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL
• Experience in identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, root cause analysis, and creating/implementing escalation plans
• Proven ability to deliver accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations impacting business outcomes
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation
