Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Finance Manager, Anaplan Integration. The preferred location is our New Brunswick, NJ office, but we are open to candidates near other Johnson & Johnson offices in Canada, Mexico, or the UK. Eastern Time Zone preferred.

The Finance Manager, Anaplan Integration, will support Project SigniFi, a multi-year program aimed at standardization, digital enhancement, and process simplification to improve employee experience and align with the J&J Finance Way.

This individual will work with cross-functional teams, supporting Anaplan administration, model design, testing, deployment, and security compliance. They will ensure architecture scalability, model efficiency, and a consistent user experience, engaging with stakeholders across various teams to deliver standardized planning and forecasting capabilities across J&J.

Key responsibilities include defining team working methods, optimizing Anaplan architecture, managing models and security, ensuring best practices, conducting testing, supporting reporting and data strategies, and developing stakeholder presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
  • At least 5 years of relevant finance or business experience
  • Experience with Anaplan, Level 2+ certification preferred
  • Knowledge of FP&A technology solutions and Anaplan architecture assessment preferred
  • Strong change management, communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
  • Project management capabilities and ability to operate in ambiguous environments
  • Innovative mindset for process improvement
  • Availability to work in New Brunswick, NJ occasionally (ad hoc basis)
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10-25%)
