Job Description:

Edenbrook is partnering with a market-leading Insurance Broker to find a dynamic Finance Manager. This pivotal role combines traditional management reporting with transformation work, notably onboarding new acquisitions and evolving the Group’s consolidation systems (OneStream).

As the business grows through acquisitions, this position will shape how new businesses are integrated into the Group’s financial framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and standardise onboarding of new acquisitions into the Group’s consolidation and reporting framework.
• Collaborate with divisional finance teams to align data, processes, and controls.
• Partner with Finance Systems, Group Accounting, and External Reporting teams for smooth integration of new entities.
• Develop onboarding tools, templates, and guidance for consistency.
• Support the implementation and testing of OneStream, coordinating across Group Finance.
• Provide backfill support within the management reporting team to aid transformation capacity.
• Reduce reporting timeframes and improve reporting quality.
• Assist in developing internal controls and SOX readiness initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with relevant experience.
• Experience in group reporting, financial transformation, or complex consolidation environments.
• Experience onboarding or integrating new entities or acquisitions is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of finance systems and data flows; experience with OneStream or similar tools is a plus.
• Proactive communicator, capable of managing cross-functional relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
