My well-established client has asked me once again to assist with their recruitment process.

They are seeking a "seasoned interim" Finance Manager to address a backlog of work accumulated after an exceptionally busy period for the business. You MUST be able to "hit the ground running" and commit to at least a 3-month tenure.

The client is located in the heart of a growing tech sector, and you will be working with a "best in class" team.

A brief overview of the role includes:

• Supervising the monthly management account process, including commentary and analysis
• Preparing performance reports and enhancing the KPI dashboard
• Updating and monitoring financial budgets at both summary and department-specific levels to enable effective financial performance monitoring by managers
• Assessing financial technologies and processes, collaborating with the Head of Finance on potential process improvements
• Liaising with key stakeholders across the organization regarding processes and governance
• Managing and supervising 2 direct reports

This is an urgent requirement, with interviews scheduled as early as later this week and a start date before the end of July.
