About the Role:

As Finance Manager, you will oversee a small Accounts team, ensuring smooth operations of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.

This role is a 12-month fixed term contract, with a generous bonus upon completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a small team, providing training and support
  • Oversee all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, including invoices, payments, and collections
  • Manage month-end reconciliation and reporting
  • Prepare financial reports and monitor cash flow
  • Implement process improvements to drive efficiencies
  • Support audits and compliance
  • Contribute to upcoming projects within the business

Ideal Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record as a Finance Manager overseeing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Experience managing a team with a supportive leadership style
  • Knowledge of Sage and/or QuickBooks
  • Excellent analytical and Excel skills
  • High attention to detail in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • Professional accounting qualifications (AAT, ACCA, CIMA) are advantageous
