Description

  • Lead and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports to senior management.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with operational objectives.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within the finance team.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Own all accounting and financial reporting for the plc holding company
  • Produce monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and stakeholder reporting
  • Lead the preparation of company-only financial statements for the consolidated annual report
  • Coordinate annual budgeting and variance analysis
  • Partner with Shared Services and Tax teams for journal reviews, intercompany balances, and tax reporting inputs
  • Support internal and external audit processes
  • Drive process improvement, control enhancements, and team capability building Ensure robust financial compliance aligned with IFRS and group policies Qualifications
