  • Manage the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.
  • Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations for optimisation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to analyse financial performance and provide insights.
  • Supervise the accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day tasks.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
