Job description

Role: Finance Manager
Location: Willenhall
Salary: £50-55k

We are a family run business and have now got an opportunity to bring in a Finance Manager due to substantial growth over the last 18 months and continued growth.


Role and Responsibilities:
  1. Taking full responsibility of the finance function
  2. Building and managing a team
  3. Production of monthly management accounts including commentary and analysis
  4. Control of the Budgeting and Forecasting process
  5. Monitoring financial performance
  6. Producing timely and accurate management information
  7. Cashflow forecasting
  8. Financial Reporting
  9. Ensuring robust Balance sheet controls
  10. VAT returns
  11. Payroll management
  12. Continuous improvement of internal processes and controls
  13. Ad hoc project work and involvement in future strategy of the business
  14. Liaising with internal & external stakeholders
  15. Production of Weekly P&L / Key KPIs sheet
  16. Business partnering with the operational teams
Skills, Requirements, Qualifications:
  1. Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA
  2. Experience of working in an SME business
  3. Strong hands-on experience
  4. Strong Excel & ERP experience
