Marks Sattin is seeking a Finance Manager for a fast-growing SME manufacturing business near Warrington, offering a hybrid working pattern. The role focuses on a robust month-end close, financial reporting to investors and driving improvements across processes and controls.

The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified, with advanced Excel skills and ERP exposure, capable of partnering with sales and commercial teams in a fast-paced environment.

Role - Finance Manager Location - Warrington Salary - Between £70,000 and £80,000 + benefits

Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a fast-growing SME manufacturing business in their search for a Finance Manager to work out of their office on a hybrid working pattern based just outside Warrington.

The successful candidate will need to be ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified and will ideally suit an individual with a practice background and who can display strong technical accounting skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workloads is crucial. Advanced Excel skills are essential and any exposure to working with an ERP system would be a distinct advantage. Key duties for the Finance Manager role will involve:

• Responsible for month-end close
• Financial reporting to investors
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Statutory accounts production
• Business Partner with different divisions e. Sales, Commercial etc.
• Lead in the development and improvement of processes, controls and systems

Salary for the role is anywhere between £70,000 and £80,000
