A leading UK motoring services provider is seeking a Finance Manager to support their Business Roadside team. The role includes optimizing financial performance across various business areas, requiring a part qualified accountant with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel experience. This hybrid position allows for flexibility, with time split between the Bescot offices and home. Competitive salary and great benefits are included.
RAC have the exciting opportunity to appoint a commercially focussed Finance Manager to support our fast-paced and engaging Business Roadside team on a permanent basis. The role will be supporting the Finance Business Partner to help drive financial performance of our OEM, Branded Contact Centres and RAC Commercial business areas within the Business Roadside division. You will provide full and accurate financial information, financial guidance and advice as well as financial insight and pricing activity. You will also support and provide flexibility across all Business Roadside areas as priorities require. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mind and advanced Excel experience and be part qualified and working towards relevant accountancy exams. This is a hybrid role, working two days a week from our Bescot offices and three days working from home.

The successful person will be a part qualified accountant with relevant finance experience who can demonstrate financial modelling skills and have a good understanding of relevant commercial disciplines. We need this person to be confident in challenging decisions constructively whilst maintaining excellent stakeholder management and be able to assimilate information and make decisions quickly.
