Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Finance Manager include:
- Prepare and oversee financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
- Analyse financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Support the development of business cases for new projects and investments.
- Provide insights into market trends and their financial implications.
- Manage and mentor junior finance team members to enhance team performance.
- Act as a key point of contact for external auditors and stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A strong background in accounting and finance within the property industry.
- Proven expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning.
- Working towards qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, or equivalent.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with financial software and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
