Your new role
This is a broad and varied role, reporting to the Financial Controller. Key duties and responsibilities include:

• Leading the month-end process - management accounts, variance analysis.
• WIP analysis and analysis on fee earners/market sectors.
• Audit liaison and year-end statutory accounts process.
• Support for budgeting and forecasting processes
• System enhancement projects
• KPI reporting

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with experience working in the legal or professional services sectors. You will need experience covering management and financial reporting knowledge, with an analytical mindset. Strong Excel and systems knowledge would be an advantage, as would SAR knowledge or Aderant system experience.
