Salary ₠70,000 - ₠80,000 per year, Healthcare, Pension, Bonus

  • Support senior leadership in managing domestic and international finance operations.
  • Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with local and international tax, payroll, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee financial compliance across European sites, including VAT, employment laws, and intra-community transactions.
  • Ensure statutory compliance for all legal entities.
  • Lead and develop the finance team, prepare monthly accounts, and coordinate audits.
  • Manage working capital, including cash flow, treasury, invoicing, and FX transactions.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and insurance providers.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Handle the negotiation and renewal of annual insurance requirements.
Role Summary:
